A Special General Meeting of the Essendon Bushwalking Club Incorporated is to be held on Wednesday 12th October 2022 at 7.30pm at St John's Uniting Church hall, Corner of Mt Alexander Road and Buckley Streets, Essendon.

At this meeting, the following resolution will be proposed as a Special Resolution:

"That the Essendon Bushwalking Club Incorporated Rules of Association as amended to 11th December 2013, be replaced by a new Rules of Association as outlined in the attached documents."

- The proposed new Rules of Association

- A table outlining material changes

- A table summarising non-material changes

- A proxy form
