The Special General Meeting will be immediately followed by our scheduled General Meeting. 

Purpose of Special General Meeting:

To vote on a Special Resolution proposing a change to the Rules of Association so that the number of the club's general meetings is reduced from 12 to four times a year.

Why this change?

This change has been unanimously endorsed by the committee and is in response to over 67% of survey respondents supporting a change to our general meetings:  41% want quarterly meetings and 26% want general meetings replaced with social events.
