SUMMARY:Kooyongkoot and Anniversary Trails
DESCRIPTION:This walk takes in the Kooyongkoot (Gardiner’s Creek) and Ann
 iversary Trails. We will take the 8.56am Belgrave train from Flinders St s
 tation\, disembarking at Laburnum. Walking along Kooyongkoot\, we will rea
 ch Deakin University in Burwood for coffee at a café. Then we will procee
 d on the trail\, eventually connecting with the Anniversary Trail via subu
 rban streets. Those after a shorter walk can take the train from Ashburton
  (10kms).&nbsp\; The walk will finish at Hartwell where you can take the t
 ram or train home\, or join me in Camberwell for a tasty but spicy (!!!) m
 eal at the Dale La Pau Indonesian café.&nbsp\; Please let me know if you 
 are coming to Dale La Pau as I will need to book.
 Sneakers OK although I
  would suggest good treads as there is a kilometre or two of the Kooyongko
 ot trail that could be muddy.
