 Heidelberg Rail Station at 9:00am\,&nbsp\; (It's 
 an early start to beat the heat).
 Change trains at Melbourne Central fro
 m Platform 1 for any train on the Hurstbridge Line. Trains to Heidelberg r
 un from Melbourne Central at about 7-minute intervals – latest train is 
 at 8:32am for 9:01am arrival at Heidelberg.
 Buses 903 from Essendon and 
 513 from Glenroy also stop at Heidelberg.
 
 Description:&nbsp\;&nbsp\; 
 We start at Heidelberg station and walk a short distance through (mostly) 
 backs streets to re-join the Main Yarra trail.&nbsp\; We then walk along w
 alking tracks and shared paths linking up with the Anniversary trail at De
 epdene and onto Burwood Railway station.&nbsp\;&nbsp\; Terrain is undulati
 ng (no steep hills) along a combination of gravel and sealed paths.&nbsp\;
 &nbsp\; We walk through Heidelberg\, Ivanhoe East\, Kew East\, Balwyn\, De
 epdene\, Canterbury/Camberwell and Gen Iris.&nbsp\;&nbsp\; Walk boots are 
 recommended for wet weather and poles are optional.&nbsp\;&nbsp\; Toilets 
 are at Heidelberg station\, morning tea\, and lunch stops.
