DESCRIPTION:This walk is on good walking (and cycling) trails\, starting wi
 th the quite new Hurstbridge to Diamond Creek trail\, then on the older tr
 ail to Eltham. Distance 14.5km\, mostly flat (descending\, overall).
 The
  walk starts beside Hurstbridge Station - meet at \"Stoneground Bakehouse\
 " (798 Main Rd\, Hurstbridge) - and will finish at Eltham Station\, with a
  choice of cafes nearby.
 Walking will start at 10am.
 If you come by tr
 ain\, be aware that Hurstbridge has a relatively infrequent train timetabl
 e\; the two trains to check for arrive at Hurstbridge at 9.39am and 9.57am
 . If you do the whole journey by train\, the time from Essendon (for examp
 le) to Hurstbridge is about 90 minutes. An alternative is to drive\, and p
 ark somewhere along the train route.
