SUMMARY:Port Melbourne to St Kilda
DESCRIPTION:
 This is a walk to take advantage of a warm summer evening (f
 ingers crossed) and longer daylight\, following the coast from Station Pie
 r\, Port Melbourne to St Kilda for a picnic in Catani Gardens. The return 
 route will be via Albert Park Lake and a tram back to the City. The intent
 ion is to complete the walk in the daylight.
 The trail is flat and eithe
 r concrete or gravel all the way. Runners will be adequate.
 Bring dinner
  for the picnic. There will be the opportunity for an icecream or take-awa
 y coffee after dinner en route between the gardens and the lake.
 Meet at
  Southern Cross Station under the clock near Collins Street to catch the 1
 09 tram to Station Pier.
