 A Special General Meeting of the Essendon Bushwalking Club I
 ncorporated is to be held on Wednesday 12th October 2022 at 7.30pm at&nbsp
 \;St John's Uniting Church hall\,&nbsp\;Corner of Mt Alexander Road and Bu
 ckley Streets\, Essendon.
 At this meeting\, the following resolution wil
 l be proposed as a Special Resolution:
 \"That the Essendon Bushwalking&n
 bsp\;Club Incorporated Rules of Association as amended to 11th December 20
 13\, be replaced by a new Rules of Association as outlined in the attached
  documents.\"
