SUMMARY:Werribee - Wyndham Vale Circuit.
DESCRIPTION:An easy walk to get back into the walking routine. The walk sta
 rts at Werribee Station and follows the Werribee River north to Heaths Roa
 d where we enter Presidents Park. Here we follow a hidden track alongside 
 the river to reach a pleasant spot for a morning tea break. Leaving the ri
 ver\, the walk continues across Presidents Park to the Adventure Playgroun
 d where there are toilets.
 The walk then continues south along a floodwa
 y to the Gordon O'Keeffe Reserve and on to Bulban Road which takes us past
  the Werribee Racecourse and then into Wyndham Park and back to the finish
  at Werribee Station.
 No hills to climb\, perhaps a few undulations and 
 a bit of uneven ground alongside the river\, so walking poles not required
  and walking shoes or runners should be ok.
 Meet at Flinders Street Stat
 ion Coffee Shops by 8.30 am. in time to catch the 8.37 am. train to Werrib
 ee.This train stops at North Melbourne Station at 8.44 am.&nbsp\;and those
  coming by train from the northern suburbs may choose to catch the Werribe
 e train at this station.
 Those walkers from the Tarneit or Werribee area
 s can use one of he local bus services to Werribee Station or travel by ca
 r. Parking may be a problem close to the station\, but the meeting place a
 nd start of the walk will be at the northern entrance to Werribee Station 
 next to the bus stopping areas- in time for a 9.30am. start.

 : If the weather forecast for the Werribee area on the walk day indicates 
 a forecast maximum temperature of 30 degrees or above\, the walk may be po
 stponed to another day and all registrants informed by email.
